Mr. Augustin was a worshipper of the evening sun. In the evenings he was seen walking up and down the street enjoying the slanting rays. Mr. Augustin did not care much for worldly things, but valued observing, pondering and philosophizing. When the evening calm had settled and the streets had emptied of people, he found himself back at the guesthouse in central Gällivare, which would later be named after him.
